All cancellations result in the loss of the paid deposit at the time of booking, the deposit is non refundable. No exceptions. All cancellations must be made known to the makeup artist (Elizabeth Jajou) at least 30 days prior to the client’s reserved date. If the client fails to notify the makeup artist of the cancellation or if the client cancels less than 30 days prior to the reserved date, the client will be responsible for paying 50% of the full amount of services agreed upon in the contract.

Exemptions: 

If the makeup artist can manage an eligible booking for that date, the cancellation penalty will be reduced to 15% of the full amount. Eligible bookings would be a booking similar to the one being canceled.  

If the cancellation is due to force majeure: natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes, pandemic induced lockdowns), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy), the cancellation fee will not apply, however, the deposit remains non-refundable.
